Internet FootPrint

Wikipedia is my favorite website and service, where I spend more time than other domain:  en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Paul.j.richardson
I also enjoy doing volunteer work for an NGO called Instructional Research, and I am the founder of the non-profit OpenEDU educational organization InstruTech.
One of the symbols I've created for InstructionResearch.com will be included on all of the free ebooks I've currated at Wikipedia, similar to the below image:

Public Cryptographic Keys (PGP / GPG / OpenPGP / GnuPG)

Useful for Encrypted Communications, Document Signing, Verification of Delivery, and Identity Validation
Here is a plain ASCII (UTF-8 Encoded) Text File for Offline Storage, with the keys inside: http://Links.PJR.bz/CryptoKeys

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
REFERENCE: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_key_fingerprint
Below is the fingerprint for one of my public keys, used in PGP and GnuPG (aka OpenPGP, aka, GPG).
Fingerprint=0094 B055 AC98 78D4 1B01  0552 A6FB D6AF 7107 DA29 which can be decomposed into these parts
Fingerprint=XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX  XXXX A6FB D6AF 7107 DA29 where the last 16 digits are often unique.
These 16 are often described as the KeyID: #### #### #### #### (last 16 digits of the 'fingerprint')

(KEYID is last 8 digits (sometimes 16 digits) of FINGERPRINT, which is 40 digits long )

In some cases though, only half of these are used as a KeyID (only the last 8 digits of the 'fingerprint')
In search results displayed on page, only the last 4 digits are shown, but the URL string includes the last 16.
So, if you go here (URL.#1): http://pgp.rediris.es:11371/pks/lookup?search=Paul%40PaulJRichardson.com&op=index&fingerprint=on
... you'll see on that page, the 1st KeyID as 7107DA29 (or the last 8 digits of the 'fingerprint' for my 1024bit pub key).
But notice that KeyID, links to this (URL.#2): http://pgp.rediris.es:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0xA6FBD6AF7107DA29
... and this URL includes zero, 'x' plus the last 16 digits of the fingerprint (the webpage itself shows public key).
